I gave my blood
Nathalie Halbout is feeling hopeful in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Had the honor to donate blood for the wounded soldiers at the military hospital. The refreshment center had very patriotic ambiance. I enjoyed several cups of hot tea with cookies. The hospital grounds are huge and obviously filled with military patients. Every hour the loudspeaker comes on: » Dear military. Ukrainian people really appreciate what you do for our country. Thank you for your service! ». I said it to a couple of the military men in person. It is very important for me to recognize what they did for Ukraine and for my family. If it was not for them, I would have lost my sister, her husband and my niece Maiia. #redbanknj #blood #donor #monmouthcountynj #monmouthcounty #veterans
