Back to July 8. Rehabilitation center Galichina in Lviv region. We met this young man Bogdan, who was vigorously exercising. His wife and him are both medics. It is his second time he is wounded. This time he lost a leg. First time he got off easy. His hopes for getting a prosthetic leg in the immediate future, were crushed, when he learned that his leg did not heal well and needs another surgery. Luckily for him, his wife was allowed to take a leave. She now rents a room in a nearby village and comes to help. It is extremely difficult for a wounded soldier to navigate the process of rehabilitation alone.
